Electrome and BioElectronics Corp Extend ActiPatch® Rights for the ActiPatch® Platform
A multi year partnership securing FDA cleared bioelectric device supply for clinical, retail, and direct to consumer channels.
Electrome Corporation and BioElectronics Corp (BIEL) have extended the licensing and supply agreement that brings ActiPatch, the only FDA cleared bioelectric device with broad indications for pain and inflammation, into the PAINKILLER platform. The arrangement covers clinical, retail pharmacy, and direct to consumer channels, and underwrites Electrome's national rollout across provider, retailer, and affiliate networks.
What partners get
Distribution partners gain priority allocation, co branded sell sheet support, and access to the same Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) infrastructure used in the clinical channel. Editorial and clinical materials remain governed by the Electrome editorial standards so partner messaging stays consistent across markets.
