Electrome Corporation Advances Toward Pre-Seed Financing Following Launch of ActiPatch® Platform and Progress in LymeCure Research Program
Electrome prepares for a StartEngine pre-seed financing while reporting commercial momentum on the ActiPatch® experience and early in vitro progress in the LymeCure research initiative.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Electrome Corporation ("Electrome"), the bioelectric medicine company behind the PAINKILLER™ platform, today announced continued momentum across its commercial, clinical, and research initiatives as the company prepares for its upcoming pre-seed financing initiative.
The company confirmed that its planned pre-seed financing is expected to be launched through StartEngine, with additional information, offering materials, and investor participation details anticipated to be made available later this month through Electrome's investor portal.
The announcement follows the commercial launch of the PAINKILLER™ platform, Electrome's flagship non-drug bioelectric therapy ecosystem focused on musculoskeletal pain, recovery, and inflammation support using FDA-cleared Pulsed Shortwave Therapy (PSWT) technology.
Electrome also reported encouraging early progress from its LymeCure research initiative, including promising in vitro findings that the company states support advancement toward planned mouse model studies and future publication efforts with academic collaborators.
"Over the last year, we've had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of early supporters, clinicians, researchers, advisors, and strategic partners who believe in the future of bioelectric medicine," said Ken Mayer, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Electrome. "We are sincerely grateful to our early-stage backers for helping us build the foundation for what we believe can become a transformative platform company at the intersection of biology, software, and connected care."
Electrome's LymeCure initiative is being developed in collaboration with external scientific researchers and focuses on exploring how programmable bioelectric therapies may influence inflammatory signaling, tissue recovery, and microbial environments associated with Lyme disease.
"We are encouraged by the initial in vitro LymeCure findings and are now preparing to advance the research into mouse models while also working toward publication with our scientific collaborators," said Nev Zubcevik, DO, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of Electrome. "While the work remains early-stage and investigational, the biological response patterns we are observing reinforce the broader potential of bioelectric approaches in inflammatory and infectious disease research."
The company additionally highlighted the continued rollout of the PAINKILLER™ platform across consumer, provider, retail, and recovery-focused channels.
"The launch of the PAINKILLER platform establishes the first commercial layer of Electrome's programmable bioelectric therapeutics infrastructure," said Erik Nilsen, PhD, technology advisor to Electrome. "We are building a scalable architecture that combines bioelectric therapy hardware, software orchestration, and biological response modeling into a modern therapeutic platform designed for long-term clinical and commercial expansion."
Electrome stated that additional announcements are expected in the coming months related to provider partnerships, retail expansion, clinical collaborations, and future therapeutic development programs.
Additional information regarding the company's planned financing initiative will be published at the Electrome Investor Portal.
