What do 720 therapy hours actually mean?
Therapy hours measure time the device is operating, not the number of days since purchase. Twenty-four hours of continuous operation per day uses 720 hours in about 30 days. Twelve hours per day uses those operating hours across about 60 calendar days, assuming the device is switched off when it is not being worn. These are arithmetic examples, not a promise about battery life under every possible storage or operating condition.
Check the indicator light and the package instructions to understand when your particular device is operating. Do not estimate remaining hours from purchase date alone.
