Electrome Corporation Advances Series Readiness Following Expansion of Clinical Infrastructure, Retail Distribution, and Bioelectric Platform Development
Electrome reports progress toward financing readiness alongside expanded clinical, retail, and platform initiatives, with a planned StartEngine pre-seed offering anticipated later this year.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Electrome Corporation ("Electrome"), the bioelectric medicine company behind the PAINKILLER™ platform, today announced continued progress toward its next stage of corporate and financing readiness following the commercial launch of its flagship bioelectric therapy platform and expansion of multiple strategic initiatives across clinical research, retail distribution, and healthcare infrastructure.
The company stated that preparations are underway for its planned pre-seed financing initiative, which is expected to launch through StartEngine later this year. Additional investor information and offering materials are anticipated to become available later this month.
Electrome's recent milestones include expansion of provider and retail onboarding initiatives, continued advancement of its programmable bioelectric therapeutics platform, and growing momentum surrounding its LymeCure research program and broader inflammation-focused therapeutic development efforts.
The company's PAINKILLER™ platform is built around FDA-cleared Pulsed Shortwave Therapy (PSWT) technology designed to support non-drug approaches to musculoskeletal pain relief, recovery, and inflammation management.
"We've spent the last year laying the operational, scientific, and commercial foundation necessary to build a durable platform company in bioelectric medicine," said Ken Mayer, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Electrome. "Our focus has been disciplined execution — building real infrastructure, advancing credible science, establishing manufacturing and distribution readiness, and surrounding the company with the right long-term partners. We are deeply appreciative of the early supporters, clinicians, researchers, advisors, and strategic collaborators who have helped shape this foundation."
Electrome also confirmed continued progress related to the company's LymeCure initiative, which is focused on evaluating programmable bioelectric signaling approaches in inflammatory and infectious disease environments.
"The early in vitro LymeCure findings have been promising enough to support advancement toward planned mouse model studies and formal publication efforts with scientific collaborators," said Nev Zubcevik, DO, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of Electrome. "While still investigational and early-stage, we believe the broader implications of signal-based biology and bioelectric modulation deserve serious scientific exploration."
The company additionally highlighted the broader architecture behind the PAINKILLER™ platform and Electrome's long-term vision for programmable therapeutics.
"The launch of the PAINKILLER platform represents the first deployment layer of a much larger bioelectric infrastructure strategy," said Erik Nilsen, PhD, technology advisor to Electrome. "We are building systems that combine signal delivery, software orchestration, biological modeling, and future AI optimization into a scalable therapeutic framework designed for long-term clinical expansion."
Electrome stated that upcoming milestones are expected to include expanded retail and provider programs, additional research collaborations, new platform integrations, and future therapeutic initiatives across pain, recovery, inflammation, and bioelectric medicine applications.
Further information regarding Electrome's planned financing initiative and corporate updates will be published at the Electrome Investor Portal.
